Color Ink Cartridges
i got new ink cartridges color and black and white and neither will work what could be wrong?

um well i cleaned the heads and made sure it was in there right and the test paper came out good but when i go to print it says no ink how can this be? i mean its both cartridges that wont work i just dont understand it....lol its really pissin me off......any help will be greatly appreciated
also its a c4480 all in one with the scanner and its for hp

Try this; turn the printer off, unplug it, and then remove the cartridges. Wait about 1 minute, plug it in and power it back up. it should prompt you to install the cartridges -- follow the instructions. Hopefully this will do the trick. If not, you may want to consider increasing the print quality setting to best temporarily -- this helps to prime the cartridge.
